  1. While some consider this event a deviation from Indian culture as we never grew up with it, others think it is the best way to bring people of all generations and lifestyles together. For this reason I added it to Values and Culture Clash . When your spouse is your “ardhangi”, every day is a Valentines Day. The love permeates all aspects of life and “Krishna” is its manifestation. It is my understanding the devotion of 16,000 Gopi’s in Krishna are all different forms of love. If you want to make time for such discussion and spiritual satsang, Sadhwiji is giving a lecture on the topic “Dialogue from the Bṛhadāraṇyaka Upaniṣad” on 16th and 17th at Sai Mandir.

  2. Your views are very conservative and outdated. All people of India including Hindus and Muslims clebrate Christmas, so celebrating St. Valentine day has spiritual meaning too. Everybody (from toddler to older men) enjoyed the party very much. Sorry, you missed it

By the way your interpretation of 16000 gopi’s has not been supported by any spiritual guru or by the scriptures
